Includes:
- Rental of all the SUP equipment
- Introduction to basic stand up paddle techniques on land (15 minutes)
- SUP Yoga class on the water with a certified instructor (60 minutes)
- Play time after the class (15 min)

Home Holistic Massage 90min

Customized Yoga program specially designed to achieve specific goals (flexibility, strength, handstands, etc.).

Includes:
- 6 guided sessions 1-on-1 of one hour each (online or in person) to ensure understanding of body alignment and proper technique.
- Specific exercises to build the necessary flexibility and strength for a sustainable yoga practice on your own.
- Possibility to answer doubts via whatsapp anytime during the program.
