Beach Yoga

CLASS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS. It is not necessary to have experience in Yoga or paddle surf.

IMPORTANT:
Please bring sun protection (cream, rash, cap or sunglasses, etc.), and drinking water. The price includes the equipment rental.


SUP Yoga

Stimulate body and mind with a slow and gentle practice. The postures are hold between 3 to 5 minutes to reach deeper levels of the fascia and stretch muscles and joints.

Yin Yoga

Stimulate body and mind with this dynamic yoga class. We will  create heat in the body using Sun Salutations and fun and challenging sequence os asanas and transitions.

Class open to all levels, however it is RECOMMENDED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN YOGA. It is a fast paced practice.
Intensity: medium to high

- 6 guided sessions 1-on-1 of one hour each (online or in person) to ensure understanding of body alignment and proper technique.
- Specific exercises to build the necessary flexibility and strength for a sustainable yoga practice on your own.
- Possibility to answer doubts via whatsapp anytime during the program.
